About the role
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor I to join Surbana Jurong’s team in Thimpu, Bhutan. The role supports cost estimation, budgeting and measurement activities across construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of quantity take‑offs and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings and project specifications.
- Support the team in cost estimation and project budgeting activities.
- Assist in verification of contractor bills and preparation of interim payment certificates.
- Maintain project cost records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for measurement and progress verification.
- Assist in site measurements and quantity verification of completed work.
- Support tendering and procurement activities, including preparation of tender documents.
