Structural Expert – Civil/Structural Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Structural Expert to lead the design and delivery of surface structures for water‑resource projects. The role combines technical depth in civil and structural engineering with hands‑on field supervision across multiple continents.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on geotechnical, soil and rock mechanics aspects of projects.
• Oversee field supervision, planning and construction of RCC and steel structures for water‑resource facilities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design compliance and project quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in structural engineering.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• International project experience on at least two continents.
