Kitchen Helper – School Kitchen

About the role

The Kitchen Helper will support the day‑to‑day operations of the school kitchen, ensuring food preparation follows safety standards and the kitchen remains clean and well‑stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Keep track of kitchen groceries and ingredients
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain good health and hygiene procedures on food preparation
• Washing of dishes and utensils
• Washing of catering table cloths & cooking cloth daily
• Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen
• Maintain clean kitchen equipment

Required profile

• Fluency in Dzongkha and English
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the kitchen
• Working experience in school setting is desirable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi‑task and work independently
