Admissions Manager / Executive (Bhutan)

About the role

The Parent Liaison Manager will act as the primary ambassador for EtonHouse International School in Bhutan, guiding families from first enquiry through enrolment. This foundational role blends admissions operations, sales pipeline management, and community engagement while reflecting the school’s values and Bhutan’s Gross National Happiness philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and manage all new enquiries in HubSpot CRM, ensuring follow‑up within one working day.
• Own the full enquiry‑to‑enrolment journey, tracking pipeline health, conversion rates and enrolment targets.
• Plan and execute weekly school tours and experience‑day events, handling logistics, RSVPs and post‑event follow‑up.
• Develop and deliver compelling admissions narratives, presentations and bilingual marketing materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with local organisations, preschools and expatriate communities to drive referrals.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, leverage automation tools and train the Parent Liaison Team on best practices.
• Monitor enrolment trends, agent referrals and withdrawals to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in admissions, sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage pipelines and drive conversions.
• Fluency in Dzongkha and English with deep understanding of Bhutan’s cultural and educational landscape.
• Strong event‑planning and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and results‑driven.
